To drink tea together. To hold a tea ceremony in which tea and served sweets are served and discussed. A company in Kyoto, Japan who sells the best quality Japanese tea at fair price.
KEEP DOING RIGHT FOR A LONG TIME FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.
In order to sustain the Japanese tea industry, which has been in existence
for over one thousand years, we have given up on the conventional way
of tea farming and started to deal only in organic teas. It has been a
good 10 years since we started, a big chunk (actually 95%) of Japanese
tea is still grown conventionally. That may be inevitable for the
production of large quantities of PET bottled tea beverages. But we
believe in the potential of this 5% (it was about 2% when we started this
business) of organic Japanese tea. And we will be happy if we can pass it
on to the next generation with growers who share our belief and with
our customers, a planet that remains a better nature.
