How to drink Black Tea
HOT BREW (for 3 people)
1st Infusion
- Measure 9g (5-6 teaspoons) of Black tea leaves.
- Add 200ml of water heated to 95°C.
- Steep the tea for 4 minutes.
2nd Infusion
- Reuse the same tea leaves.
- Add 200ml of water heated to 95°C.
- Steep the tea for 4 minutes.
COLD BREW
- Use 15g (8 teaspoons) of Black tea leaves.
- Pour 1 liter of cold water over the leaves.
- Refrigerate at 5°C and let the tea steep for 8–12 hours.
