Kamairicha, a Japanese green tea with a unique twist, undergoes pan-firing instead of steaming during processing. Our Kamairicha celebrates this distinctive method, offering a refreshingly different tea experience. It provides a gentle nutty undertone and a delicate sweetness with a mildly smoky, roasted aroma. The unique aroma is enhanced when the tea is steeped at 80 degrees or higher in the pot for 30 seconds.
